Senior Carbon Fiber Laminator
LOCATION: GERMANY [48.9° N, 9.2° E]
Role
You lay the fibre. Autoclave cycles, ply books, and show-surface work for motorsport and hypercar programmes. This is a bench role in the cleanroom, not a clipboard job. We need someone who can read a ply book, feel a dry fabric, and stop a cure if the bag is wrong.
Requirements
Several years laminating structural carbon parts Comfortable with prepreg, vacuum bagging, and autoclave discipline Able to work from German and English ply books Shift work during race-build peaks
