Every racing component begins as a highly optimized CAD design. We run extensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to align carbon fiber weave orientations exactly with the load paths, maximizing rigidity while removing every unnecessary gram of material.

Components are vacuum-bagged and cured inside high-pressure autoclaves. Using a meticulous ramp-up cycle up to 135°C under 6.0 Bar positive pressure, we guarantee zero voids, maximum laminate compaction, and complete resin impregnation.

Our finished carbon fiber structures undergo strict quality assurance. Every component is ultrasonically scanned and CNC inspected, ensuring tolerance thresholds of less than 0.05 mm and absolute structural compliance.
